Lindsay Sparks, Miami University's Director for Marketing and Fan Engagement, has named Tori Irvin Assistant Director for Marketing and Fan Engagement. Irvin will begin her duties immediately.
"I am thankful for the opportunity to be a part of Miami Athletics," said Irvin. "I look forward to working with the marketing team to serve the Miami community. Go RedHawks!"
While at Miami, Irvin's main responsibility is to serve as the marketing contact for volleyball, women's basketball and softball. She will also work directly with IMG to integrate sponsorships into game-day activities and supervise the marketing interns.
"We are excited to welcome Tori to the Marketing and Fan Engagement team," said Sparks. "She brings so much energy and enthusiasm with her and is passionate about making game day a wonderful experience for the fans, student-athletes and coaches."
Prior to Oxford, Irvin served as a graduate assistant at Southeastern University for Football Production and Athletic Operations since 2016, while also earning her MBA with a concentration in sports management. She was in charge of game scripts and running on-field events at SEU.
Irvin has also spent time at IMG Academy as a summer Sports Management and Operations Intern (2017), worked as a Team Operations Intern for the Florida Collegiate Summer League (2016) and spent time as a Gameday Operations Intern for the University of South Florida (2016).
Irvin graduate from Southeastern University in 2016 with a degree in sports management where she was a member of the women's soccer team for two years.
