ALCOHOL POLICY:

Alcoholic beverages are NOT permitted to be brought into the Goggin Ice Center. Guests identified with alcohol or who are intoxicated inside the arena may be ejected and will have the alcohol confiscated.

Possession and consumption of alcohol are subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Ohio and/or City of Oxford.

ATM MACHINES:

An Automated Teller Machine (ATM) is located inside the Goggin Ice Center near the Pro Shop.

CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY (NCHC):

“All aspects of intercollegiate athletic contests shall be conducted in a sportsmanlike manner. Each member institution shall endeavor to instill and maintain principles of good sportsmanship for the guidance of all persons participating in or witnessing contests.

“…Each institution is responsible for maintaining such measures as necessary to ensure orderly conduct of the contest, including control of spectators who interfere with the conduct of contests and for maintaining standards of spectator behavior.

“…In the event of direct comments or inappropriate signs to a player, which include profanity or a ‘personalized’ verbal attack on that player, game management personnel or institutional administrators shall confront the individuals and ask for their cooperation. If the behavior continues, the individual(s) shall be removed from the facility.”

CONCESSIONS:

Cash, Credit cards and Miami Meal Plans accepted.

GATES OPEN:

Gates open 60 minutes prior to kickoff.

EMERGENCY CONTACT INFO:

In the event of an emergency and someone needs to reach you during the event, call the Goggin Ice Center Pro Shop at 513-529-9800 and provide the section, row, and seat number you are sitting in so staff can find you. We will not use the public address system to locate guests.

LOST and FOUND:

During the game, lost and found items will be located at the Goggin Ice Center Pro Shop. Following the game, lost and found items will be sent to Miami Police, 4945 Oxford-Trenton Road, Oxford, OH 45056. You can call Miami Police at 513-529-2222.

LOST CHILDREN/MISSING PERSONS:

Any guest needing to report a lost child or missing person should contact the nearest law enforcement officer or usher. Guests can also make reports at the Goggin Ice Center Pro Shop.

PARKING:

Season Parking Prices

Season Ticket holders may purchase season parking passes in advance with their tickets.

To purchase, call the Athletic Ticket Office at (513) 529-4295

Gameday Parking Prices

Parking is available in the Campus Avenue parking garage for $5.

Accessible Parking: Accessible Parking passes for Season Ticket holders can be purchased in advance from the Athletic Ticket Office Those with state issued disability plates/placards may use the designated spots located inside the Campus Avenue parking garage. Parking in the Campus Avenue parking garage will cost $5.

Student Parking: Miami University Parking Services on-campus parking policies apply.

Directions:

From the North : I-75 south to I-70 west to SR 127 south (Exit 10, Eaton/ Hueston Woods); Turn left off of exit ramp. Follow SR127 through Eaton and Camden to State Route 73; Turn right and follow SR 73 to Oxford. Take a left on Patterson Avenue and follow until you get to Chestnut. Take a right on Chestnut, then a right on Campus Avenue. Proceed on Campus for a block and take a right into the Campus Avenue Parking Garage.

From the South : I-75 north to I-275 north (Take the airport exit which goes off to the left); Follow signs for Indianapolis/Cincinnati (I- 275 splits and becomes I-74/Indianapolis and I-275/Cincinnati-Dayton); Follow I-275 east towards Dayton, take the Colerain Avenue exit(Exit 33) and turn left. This is Colerain Ave/ SR 27 north, this will take you into Oxford. Follow 27 until you get into Oxford. Take a left on Chestnut and a right on Campus Avenue. Proceed on Campus for a block and take a right into the Campus Avenue parking garage.

From I-70 going East : Take the SR 27 south exit in Richmond, Indiana; Proceed through Richmond and Liberty, Indiana and into Oxford. Follow 27/ College Corner Pike. Keep going straight until College Corner turns into Church Street. Follow Church Street for several blocks and take a right on Campus Avenue. Proceed down Campus Avenue for several blocks, taking a left in into the Campus Avenue parking garage.

From I-70 going West : Continue west to SR 127 south (Exit 10, Eaton/Hueston Woods); Follow SR 127 through Eaton and Camden to State Route 73; Turn right and follow SR 73 to Oxford. Take a left on Patterson Avenue and follow until you get to Chestnut. Take a right on Chestnut and a right on Campus Avenue. Proceed on Campus for a block and take a right into the Campus Avenue parking garage.

Will Call: The will call window is located at the ticket office near the Pro Shop inside the West entrance of the Goggin Ice Center.

On-Site Resale : Re-selling tickets or “scalping” is not permitted on Miami University’s campus

WHEEL CHAIRS:

Guests in need of a wheelchair transport from the gate to their seat can make their request to the nearest arena staff or at the Pro Shop. Our staff will escort guests to their seat and can pick them up when ready to leave. Wheelchairs are not available for personal use during the event.
