Final Stats  

OXFORD, Ohio - The Miami University swimming and diving team split against Cincinnati on Friday. The Miami women won by a tally of 159.5-140.5. The Miami men were edged out 158-142.

The Miami women recorded 10 wins in the 16 total events for the day.

On the swimming side, Ella Moynihan led the way for the women with four wins. Moynihan finished first in the 200 free (1:51.76), 100 free (51.39), 500 free (4:59.22) and 400 medley relay (3:47.21). Elise Campbell, Peyton Mosbaugh and Izzy Herb also made up the winning 400 medley relay team.

Diver Pei Lin swept the women's diving competition, scoring 313.80 on the 3-mtr and 302.17 on the 1-mtr.

Other women's victories included Emma Bradley in the 1000 free (10:08.48), Campbell in the 100 breast (1:04.52), Herb in the 200 back and Holly Schuster in the 200 IM (2:06.63). The women captured the top three spots in the 100 breast and the 500 free.

The Miami men notched seven wins.

James Wray and Iago Moussalem led the men with two wins apiece. Wray finished first in the 100 back (50.61) and the 200 back (1:50.37). Moussalem had the fastest finish in the 100 fly (49.02) and the 200 fly (1:51.20).

Divers Ryan Nash (348.45), Harrison Moncino (288.97) and Sam Wiedemann (276.08) dominated the 3-mtr dive, finishing in the top three spots.

Other men's wins included Nick Ward in the 100 free (46.93) and Justin Andrews in the 200 IM (1:54.06). The men captured the top four spots in the 200 back, as well as the top two spots in the 100 free and 100 back.

The RedHawk women travel to Buffalo on Saturday, Jan. 20 for an 11 a.m. meet.
