OXFORD, Ohio – Fans looking to attend this weekend’s Miami hockey games against Denver should make note of an altered start time on Saturday.
With Saturday’s series finale between the RedHawks and Pioneers being carried by American Sports Network, the game is slated to start at a later than usual 8 p.m. This is both an hour later than the usual 7:05 p.m. starts fans are accustomed to on Saturday nights and different than the time printed on tickets and schedule cards and posters as the schedule change was not announced until after those materials were printed. An announcement regarding how fans who are unable to attend the game can watch on television will come later this week.
This weekend’s series with DU is the Cancer Awareness series. Be sure to visit the Blue Line Club's booth at Friday’s series opener Denver for your chance to win a basket full of Miami Hockey items or a chance to be a guest coach on the bench alongside head coach Enrico Blasi! All proceeds will go to Luna Cares as part of the Miami Women's Basketball Love Honor Care event.
