Synchro Concludes U.S National Championships, Collegiate Wins Silver

ROCKFORD, ILL. – All three teams were in action on the final day of the U.S. National Championships on Saturday at the BMO Harris Bank Center. Highlighting the day's results was the collegiate team, who captured a silver medal with a second-place finish in the collegiate division free skate.
The collegiate team was the first group to perform for the RedHawks on the day. They had a clean skate and earned a score of 86.40, finishing just shy of the the first-place University of Michigan’s 88.22 mark. Joining them on the medal stand was Michigan State University, who went home with the bronze. Full results can be found at the bottom of the page or at the results link above.
In the senior division free skate, the senior team placed fourth with a score of 113.19, making them fourth overall as well with a combined score of 172.84. Winning the gold medal with a first-place finish in both programs was the Haydenettes, who earned a combined score of 208.83. The junior team placed ninth in both programs and overall for a combined score of 123.26.
