Zac Collin has been named Assistant Director of Sport and Facility Services in July, 2024.

Collin comes to Miami after spending the past two years as an event management coordinator at Ohio State. While with the Buckeyes, he was the primary contact with officials for several sports and worked with 25 different sports over the past two seasons. He also mentored multiple interns during the past two seasons and was the on-field team liaison for home football games, working directly with the first aid response team and served as the visiting team liaison.

Collin has also spent time helping with multiple Championship events, including the 2024 NCAA Collegiate Fencing National Championship, 2024 Men’s Big Ten Swimming and Diving Championship, 2023 Big Ten Women’s Lacrosse Tournament, 2023 NCAA Men’s Basketball First and Second Round and the 2022 Big Ten Field Hockey Tournament.
